Job summary

Resolve Pain Solutions is seeking a Manager, Provider Recruitment & Engagement to lead the physician and APP talent lifecycle across the organization’s markets. You will manage the recruiting process from sourcing through licensing, credentialing, onboarding, and start-up engagement.

You will maintain an active pipeline, coordinate candidate experiences, support offers, and help ensure timely starts across Resolve’s markets.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in physician or APP recruitment or related healthcare talent acquisition.
• Experience managing candidate pipelines, interviews, site visits, and offers.
• Experience with licensing, credentialing, onboarding, or provider-start processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple active searches.
• Ability to travel regularly to practice markets and candidate visits.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership in executing physician and APP staffing plans.
• Maintain provider recruiting pipeline records and next actions.
• Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, and site visits.
• Assist with offer development and closing strategies.
• Maintain end-to-end provider start tracker including licensing, credentialing, contracts.
• Produce recurring recruiting and onboarding reports.
• Support provider engagement and retention activities.
