Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in provider recruitment or healthcare.
• Associate's degree with 4+ years in provider recruitment or healthcare.
• Experience in marketing, technical writing, or HR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post jobs through internal and external databases with advanced sourcing.
• Develop and implement candidate sourcing campaigns.
• Create marketing communications for candidate generation: flyers, brochures, advertisements, email blasts and exhibit materials.
• Collaborate with the Physician Recruiters on recruitment strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct strategy meetings to profile open positions and advise leadership.
• Performs other related duties as required.
