Job summary

Krewe Anesthesia is seeking a Provider Services Agent to serve as the key liaison between providers and healthcare facilities. This full-time, in-office role is based in Thibodaux, Louisiana, and focuses on contract coordination, scheduling, and ongoing relationship management across multiple platforms.

You will draft and review contracts, oversee scheduling, and maintain precise records while delivering prompt, professional communication.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer relations, healthcare staffing, or contract management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between providers and facilities, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts between Krewe Anesthesia and healthcare facilities, as well as between Krewe and providers.
• Oversee provider scheduling, ensuring appropriate coverage and timely updates to all stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, schedules, and communications.
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and text messages from providers and facility representatives.
• Anticipate scheduling or contractual issues and resolve them proactively.
• Support business growth by fostering strong relationships with both providers and facilities.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
