CVS Health Corporation in Louisiana is seeking a Provider Contracts Negotiator to recruit, negotiate and execute physical and behavioral health provider contracts. This role aims to expand and enhance the Aetna Better Health of Louisiana network and ensure adequacy against targets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of managed care contracting experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 15%.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience negotiating managed care provider contracts.
• Deep knowledge of the managed care industry and contracting reimbursement methodologies.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.
• MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Resident of Louisiana; hybrid work in Baton Rouge 1–2x/mo.

Mansioni

• Recruit, negotiate and execute provider contracts to expand Louisiana network.
• Optimize interactions with providers and internal partners to meet provider needs.
• Identify and manage cost issues and initiate cost-saving initiatives and/or settlements.
• Assist with design, development, management, and implementation of strategic network configurations.
• Resolve escalated issues related to claims, contract interpretation, or demographics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on hospital, ancillary and provider pricing development and reimbursement modeling.
