Qualifications

• Provider Engagement & Recognition: manage provider appreciation programs and resource allocation.
• Marketing Support: assist in outreach campaigns, materials and measurement to drive engagement.

Job Details: Job Location: Addison Billing Entity - ADDISON, TX, Salary Range: Undisclosed, We are seeking a dynamic Provider Relations Specialist to join our growing anesthesia physician practice management company based in Addison, TX. This role is essential for building and maintaining strong relationships with our healthcare providers while supporting our expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provider Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist the recruiting team by providing support at events and other gatherings. This role may also provide support to new hire clinicians during the onboarding process.
• Relationship Management: Serve as primary liaison between the company and healthcare providers, maintaining personal connections through thoughtful gestures such as birthday and anniversary gifts, ensuring providers have necessary resources and support
• Grand Rounds Management: Responsible for coordinating monthly Grand Rounds meetings including but not limited to: speaker engagement, deck creation, invite distribution, and post event outreach.
• Issue Resolution: Address provider concerns, assist in resolving conflicts, and facilitate solutions to operational challenges
• Provider Engagement & Recognition: Coordinate special occasions recognition, manage provider appreciation programs, and ensure clinicians receive timely allocation of resources and equipment
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute targeted outreach strategies that promote network participation, enhance provider engagement, and increase awareness of organizational services; analyze market trends and provider feedback to develop data-driven marketing campaigns, coordinate communication materials (e.g., newsletters, webinars, and digital content), ensure consistent messaging across channels, and track campaign performance metrics to recommend improvements and support initiatives that drive provider satisfaction, retention, and network growth.
• Other Duties as assigned
