OrthoMed in Addison, TX is seeking a dynamic Provider Relations Specialist to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers while supporting expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding support, relationship management, Grand Rounds coordination, issue resolution, provider engagement, and marketing support to drive network growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare provider relations, practice management, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, billing, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provider Recruitment & Onboarding: assist recruiting at events and onboarding new clinicians.
• Relationship Management: liaison between company and providers and support resources.
• Grand Rounds Management: coordinate monthly meetings, speaker engagement, deck creation, invites, and follow-up.
• Issue Resolution: address provider concerns and facilitate operational solutions.
• Provider Engagement & Recognition: manage provider appreciation programs and resource allocation.
• Marketing Support: assist in outreach campaigns, materials and measurement to drive engagement.
