Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Provider Engagement and Sourcing Coordinator to lead physician and APP recruitment across multiple channels. You will manage openings, build pipelines, and maintain ATS records, while tracking performance and vendor ROI.

The role supports engagement initiatives, coordinates events, and analyzes trends to improve provider satisfaction and retention across the organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Post and manage all physician openings across job boards and platforms.
• Research and identify effective sourcing strategies and recruitment channels.
• Source passive candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
• Maintain candidate databases and ATS records.
• Track and report recruitment performance metrics including dashboards and reports.
• Assist with analyzing sourcing trends and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor vendor performance and advertising ROI.
• Coordinate provider engagement events and resident outreach activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve provider satisfaction and retention.
