Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Provider Engagement and Sourcing Coordinator to lead physician and APP recruitment across multiple channels. You will manage openings, build pipelines, and maintain ATS records, while tracking performance and vendor ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Post and manage all physician and APP openings across job boards, recruitment platforms, professional associations, and advertising vendors.
• Research and identify effective sourcing strategies and recruitment channels.
• Source passive candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
• Maintain candidate databases and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Track and report recruitment performance metrics including:
• Develop and maintain monthly recruitment dashboards and reports.
• Assist with analyzing sourcing trends and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor vendor performance and advertising ROI.
• Work with Manager to coordinate provider engagement events, resident outreach activities, and physician networking opportunities.
• Conduct provider retention touchpoints and assist with engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities to improve provider satisfaction and retention.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support overall effectiveness of department and organization.

Qualifications

Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience: Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
