Job summary

SEARHC is seeking a Provider Recruitment Coordinator to act as the logistical backbone of physician and APP recruitment. You will design interview itineraries, coordinate candidate travel and lodging, and manage a high-touch candidate experience across multiple time zones, supporting the Senior Provider Recruiter and Provider Services leadership.

You will also track metrics, improve processes, and coordinate residency placements and onboarding with HR and Credentialing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of healthcare recruitment coordination experience.
• Familiarity with the recruitment life cycle.
• Travel/logistics management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Workday, and recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage interview itineraries for provider candidates in partnership with hiring managers and clinical teams.
• Coordinate candidate travel, lodging, and ground transportation; troubleshoot changes.
• Schedule interviews, tours, and send final itineraries to candidates and departments.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from invitation to post-visit follow-up.
• Track recruitment metrics and handle post-interview surveys and feedback.
• Monitor travel expenses and assist with budget tracking.
• Support residency program coordination and onboarding processes.
