Job summary

UnitedHealthcare in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Practice Performance Manager to lead provider performance management and program implementation for Medicare Advantage. You will collaborate with care providers to drive STAR measures and improve HEDIS outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience.
• 1+ year of STARs experience.
• Driver’s License and access to a reliable transportation.
• Live within or in close proximity to territory (Ft. Myers, FL).

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee provider performance programs with designated metrics, including 4 STAR gap closure and coding accuracy.
• Build relationships with care providers and deliver education and reporting.
• Travel across the assigned territory to discuss tools and programs with providers.
• Lead provider incentive programs for the health plan.
• Develop provider-specific plans to improve HEDIS performance and outcomes.
• Provide ongoing strategic recommendations, training and coaching to providers.
