Job summary

Nourish, Inc. is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a local provider referral territory and drive patient referrals to Nourish through field engagement with physicians, assistants, and clinic staff.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, new business development, and long-term account growth in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Based in Denton, TX, you will report to a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager and work full-time in the field.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, recruiting, or other high‑performance environments.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to spend most weeks in the field.
• Self‑driven, coachable, and eager to grow quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory in your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting providers within a 1‑hour radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Prospect new offices and create referral partnerships from scratch.
• Grow referrals within existing accounts through relationship management.
• Educate providers on Nourish and its impact on care.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and targets.
• Manage territory like a business, balancing new business and growth.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to share learnings and scale the organization.
