Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate in Denton, TX to build and grow a provider referral network. You will spend most of your time in the field, meeting with physicians and clinic staff, and driving referrals to Nourish’s nutrition care programs.

You will report to the Provider Partnerships Regional Manager and join a fast-growing team focused on transforming healthcare through better nutrition access. This is a full-time, field-based role in Denton.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience in healthcare, hospitality, recruiting, or high-performance environments.
• Track record of meeting goals and outperforming expectations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High coachability, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced field environment.
• Willingness to spend most of the week in the field.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with providers and clinic staff within a 1-hour radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and establish referral partnerships from scratch.
• Grow referral volume through relationship management and strategic territory planning.
• Educate providers on Nourish and the impact of nutrition care on patient outcomes.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets.
• Manage territory like a business, balancing new business with growth.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to share learnings and scale the organization.
