Job summary

Nourish, Inc. seeks a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory across Nassau County, NY.

This field-based role focuses on building relationships with primary care physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators to drive referrals to Nourish. You’ll report to a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager and join a fast-growing team transforming healthcare through better nutrition access.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within local market
• Spend majority of time in the field meeting providers and staff within radius
• Educate providers on Nourish and impact of nutrition care
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets
• Track activity and pipeline in Salesforce
