Job summary

Strive Health in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Network Engagement Partner to maintain external provider and network relationships across markets Strive serves, ensuring high-quality, continuous care for CKD and ESRD patients.

You will travel as needed, develop provider partnerships, drive engagement and care quality improvements, and report to the Sr. Manager, Network Engagement. Competitive salary is stated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ years combined of related education, experience, or certification.
• Ability to travel across an assigned region to meet business needs.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains consistent and strong relationships with provider groups using an account management approach.
• Analyzes utilization, claims, demographics to outline network strategies with market directors.
• Uses data-driven approach to support initiatives reducing total cost of care for patients.
• Reviews data and reporting with provider groups to improve operational and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborates with the business development team to identify new provider partnerships.
