Job summary

Strive Health is seeking a Network Engagement Partner to manage relationships with providers and networks in contracted markets. You will launch new markets, ensuring CKD/ESRD patients receive high-quality, continuous care, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Network Engagement.

You will analyze utilization data, outline outreach strategies with market directors, and partner with business development to identify opportunities. Travel and in-person meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years combined of related education, experience, or certification.
• Ability to travel across an assigned region to meet business needs.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain external provider and network relationships in contracted markets.
• Develop provider outreach strategy with market directors.
• Drive performance of practices and support new clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with Strive business development to identify partnerships.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders; travel may be required.
