Strive Health is seeking a Network Engagement Partner to manage external provider and network relationships in contracted markets. You will establish and grow provider groups as Strive expands into new markets, ensuring CKD and ESRD patients receive high-quality, continuous care.

You will work with the Sr. Manager, Network Engagement to analyze data, inform outreach strategies, and drive performance across a portfolio of practices, including provider incentive programs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; travel across region required.
• 6+ years combined of related education, experience, or certification.
• Willingness to travel and be on-site as needed.
• Reliable internet connectivity with minimum speeds and stable access.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain external provider and network relationships in contracted markets.
• Analyze utilization, claims, and demographics to inform outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with business development to identify partnership opportunities.
• Drive performance of practices for engagement, quality of care, and utilization.
• Engage, contract, and manage provider participation in incentive programs.
• Attend in-person meetings with stakeholders to support priorities and events.
