Job summary

Our Community Our Kids is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to collaborate with the Provider Relations Manager, Clinical Director, Chiefs, and OCOK departments to build a robust provider network for residential care. This role focuses on ensuring safe, evidence-based practices and smooth transitions for new providers into the OCOK network.

The position requires travel to attend meetings and off-site business, with a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Master’s degree in social work or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience working with children, youth, and families in foster care.
  • Experience with evidenced-based treatment programming and quality assurance/risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings with partners and agencies to facilitate referral and placement.
  • Review Network Provider policies and processes to ensure safety and program integrity.
  • Attend crisis calls and collaborate on safety planning and designation of appropriate services.
  • Monitor and respond to 3rd party utilization reviews and track provider progress toward best practices.
  • Maintain an up-to-date listing of all agency network providers and ensure providers are properly trained and licensed.
