Qualifications

• Experience in provider relations or similar relationship-focused role.
• Strong communication and account-management skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data to guide growth strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to meet growth targets.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own growth of assigned provider network and meet quarterly targets.
• Build trusted partnerships with providers and maximize capacity.
• Onboard new providers and run onboarding meetings.
• Maintain timely communication with network and manage retention.
• Track network metrics: encounters, capacity, utilization and retention.
