Job summary

Provider-Partners-Health-Plan- is seeking a Provider Network Specialist to support contracting activities, prepare and maintain provider agreements, and coordinate across stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution and audit readiness.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract systems. Travel up to 25% may be required to support network development across service areas.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in healthcare administration, provider contracting, provider relations, credentialing, or network operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with databases, tracking systems, or workflow management tools.
• Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and follow through on resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support contracting activities through preparation, processing, execution, and maintenance of provider agreements and amendments.
• Draft, distribute, track, and maintain contracts and related documentation.
• Manage contracting workflows and contract status in systems for visibility and timely completion.
• Monitor contracting activities, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate follow-up for execution timelines.
• Maintain accurate contract records, reports, and documentation for compliance and audits.
• Support provider onboarding through contract-related outreach, document collection, and data validation.
• Contribute to network development and market expansion through contracting coordination.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
