Job summary

The Healthcare Network is seeking a Provider Relations professional to act as the primary liaison between the network and participating providers across multiple product lines. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with primary and specialty care physicians, delivering education on policies and initiatives, and coordinating service deliveries and claims support.

Key duties include on-site and telephonic communications with hospital executives, provider offices, and billing teams;

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience required in Provider Relations and/or Managed Care Product Administration
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively as a liaison between the provider community and PBACO to educate on policies and procedures and help resolve issues.
• Perform on-site provider orientations for primary care and specialty physicians regarding policies, billing and initiatives within 30 days of credentialing.
• Oversee group county provider orientations by arranging locations, invitations and providing PBACO forms and manuals.
• Conduct annual Goal/Target visits with primary care and specialists to educate on policies and initiatives.
