Job summary

MY TELEMEDICINE, INC. is seeking a Director of Provider Network Management to lead nationwide healthcare and veterinary provider networks, aligning strategy with clinical operations and business goals.

You will oversee recruitment, credentialing, provider relations, performance management, and training across service lines, including GoLexi Pet Telehealth, Virtual Urgent Care, and Virtual Primary Care, reporting to the VP of Clinical Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Five+ years in healthcare provider network management, clinical operations, provider relations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee provider network strategy and utilization across states, specialties, and service lines.
• Lead recruitment partnerships and oversee DirectShifts relationships and performance.
• Manage provider relations, retention, and responsiveness to operational issues.
• Monitor provider performance against SLAs, and implement corrective action plans when needed.
• Oversee compensation discussions, contracts, and renewals within established guidelines.
• Supervise credentialing and recredentialing processes and ensure timely activation of providers.
• Coordinate clinical policy development, training, and implementation across networks.
• Manage multi-state healthcare and veterinary networks and ensure provider readiness for new services.
• Lead administrative management of affiliated professional entities and ensure compliance.
• Provide direction and leadership to Network Administrator and Training staff; drive departmental performance.
