Job summary

Better Health Group is seeking a Provider Network Development Manager to drive growth of our affiliate provider network across a defined territory, identifying and contracting with primary care practices. This role requires developing and managing a pipeline, evaluating fit, and presenting value-based care solutions to prospective providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare/business fields.
• 5+ years in healthcare contracting, business development, sales, provider recruiting or related operations.
• Experience in consultative sales and contract negotiations.
• Strong understanding of value-based care models and ACOs.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and ability to manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory-specific business development strategies to grow the provider network.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of primary care practices and organizations in assigned territory.
• Negotiate contract terms and coordinate execution of agreements.
• Educate providers on value-based care models and network benefits.
• Represent the company at industry events and drive market presence.
