Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Data Services support specialist to perform routine data entry and data integrity tasks within the Finance team. This full-time role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and collaboration with underwriting and account management.

You will work 40 hours weekly with a pay range of $17.00 to $34.15 per hour, and eligibility for CVS Health bonuses. A high school diploma and healthcare or data entry experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function under supervision.
• Supports Finance interacting with Underwriting and Account Management specialists for deliverables.
• Enters baseline demographic transactions into provider directory to support claim adjudication procedures.
• Performs data service intake triage and reviews details to respond to inquiries.
• Performs audits of provider information and escalates issues for swift resolution.
