CVS Health Corporation is seeking a full-time Data Services support associate in New Jersey. The role supports the Finance department and underwriting specialists by handling routine data entry and provider directory updates to assist claim adjudication processes.

The position requires at least 1 year of healthcare or data entry experience and solid skills in Excel, Word, and Teams. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function, under general supervision.
• Supports the Finance department, interacting with key Underwriting and Account Management specialists for optimal deliverables.
• Enters baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication procedures and progress.
• Performs data service intake triage, subsequently reviewing details to effectively respond to customer/member inquiries.
• Conducts regular audits of provider information, escalating any issues or concerns to management for swift resolution.
• Supports Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization strategies, in order to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Takes direction from management to properly understand and execute key work area techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Responds to auditor data requests, questions, and discrepancies, in order to ensure collective data integrity and quality of work.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
