Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Data Services Associate to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function under general supervision. You will support the Finance department and interact with Underwriting and Account Management specialists to ensure accurate, timely deliverables.

The role requires at least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function, under general supervision.
Supports the Finance department, interacting with Underwriting and Account Management specialists for deliverables.
Enters baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication procedures.
Performs data service intake triage and reviews details to respond to customer/member inquiries.
Conducts regular audits of provider information and escalates issues to management.
Supports Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization strategies.
Takes direction from management to understand and execute key work area techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Responds to auditor data requests and discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
Performs other duties as assigned.
