Responsibilities

• Execute routine data entry tasks for the Data Services function under supervision.
• Support the Finance department with underwriting and account management.
• Enter baseline demographic transactions to support claim adjudication.
• Triage data service intake and respond to customer/member inquiries.
• Audit provider information and escalate issues to management.
• Assist with Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization.
