Job summary

Phoebe Putney Health System is seeking a Provider Compensation Specialist to reconcile provider compensation to contracts and compensation plans. The role includes quarterly reviews, bonus calculations, survey data submissions, and maintaining up-to-date reports.

Responsibilities also include supporting contract changes with Legal, managing contract records, and preparing forms for HR and Payroll to support compensation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or other business-related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile provider compensation to contract terms and compensation plans, and prepare bonus calculations and payments.
• Submit survey data and maintain reports with current information.
• Assist with provider contract changes with Legal and maintain contracts in the contract management system.
• Prepare and submit required forms to HR and Payroll to support compensation programs.
• Maintain monthly productivity data and calculate pro forma compensation for active and proposed programs.
• Maintain monthly accruals in General Ledger for incentives earned but not paid.
• Assist in compensation surveys and conduct or oversee special surveys as needed.
• Calculate quarterly productivity and incentive payments.
• Perform periodic reconciliations of actual compensation to contract terms to ensure accuracy.

Education
