Job summary

Petaluma Health Center is seeking a Provider Compensation Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and system support related to compensation for all providers within the organization. The role involves coordinating compensation information across departments and managing data in key systems.

The ideal candidate will monitor contract dates, prepare compensation calculations for payroll, and support contract administration and policy processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural population and team environment.
• Strong critical thinking and data accuracy.
• Proficient with cloud-based software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitors contract expiration dates and project dates to ensure timely execution of agreements and projects.
• Develop accurate compensation related calculations for inclusion in payroll processing.
• Assists with managing and/or entering complex data and information into key systems.
• Facilitates the coordination, completion, and review of documents required for processing contracts, amendments, and related documents.
• Coordinates communication regarding provider compensation with administrative, clinical, and operational teams.
• Supports centralized provider employment contract administration, compliance, processes, and database management.
• Assists with processes to support provider compensation policies and practices.
