Responsibilities

• Calculate monthly/quarterly provider compensation and audit payroll records against plan terms.
• Track wRVU production, panel sizes, access scores, and incentive measures.
• Maintain organized records for compensation plans, approvals, and policy references.
• Support onboarding/offboarding workflows and status changes for providers.
• Document and improve compensation workflows; develop internal SOPs and share knowledge with team.
