Providence is seeking a Provider Compensation Analyst to design and analyze provider compensation programs, including data gathering, CPT coding reviews, creation of proformas, report development, provider market analysis, and plan modeling for newly hired physicians, acquisitions, and contract renewals.

This remote role supports most states and collaborates with the Providence team to align compensation plans with care strategies, quality and financial goals, and external review processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, HR, Business, Finance, or related area.
• 3 years Experience in progressively responsible roles with demonstrated compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and strong project/change management skills.

Mansioni

• Data gathering and analysis for provider compensation.
• CPT coding reviews and proforma creation.
• Market analysis and plan modeling for physicians acquisitions and renewals.
• Support implementation for new acquisitions onto the system and compliance reviews.
