Job summary

Tarsus Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Leader in the United States (Oregon region) to drive eye care sales, manage key accounts, and lead a launch-driven growth plan. You will own business plans, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure compliant promotion while meeting performance targets.

Ideal candidates have pharma sales experience, strong account management skills, and a track record of navigating managed care and stakeholder partnerships within ophthalmology and optometry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or commensurate experience.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience required.
• Eye care experience preferred; strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow eye care accounts with emphasis on product adoption and pull-through.
• Demonstrate eye care clinical knowledge and clear product messaging.
• Develop and execute territory plans; monitor performance metrics weekly/monthly.
• Collaborate with marketing, access, medical affairs and sales ops to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure PDMA compliance and uphold corporate ethics and compliance standards.
• Provide frontline feedback to leadership and share best practices.
