Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering or related field (required).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years electronics/electrical engineering experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Assist product engineers by preparing experiments, collecting data, and recording results.
• Design and implement product testing infrastructure.
• Test, repair, monitor, and maintain equipment and test fixtures.
• Assist with circuit design and PCB assembly testing.
• Support regulatory compliance and certification records.
• Troubleshoot returned materials and electronic components.
• Contribute to design reviews and field trials.
• Collaborate with customers to supply specs and improve products.
• Follow safety guidelines and operate VFD-focused products.
