You will analyze data, document results, and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sourcing teams to meet project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Completion of foundational engineering coursework is required.
• Prior internship, co-op, lab, design-team, or hands-on project experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of products, systems, processes and tooling.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret engineering and test data to support validation and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and deliverables.
• Prepare technical documentation and present project results, contributing to continuous improvement.
