Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an accredited bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Completion of foundational engineering coursework appropriate to the assignment is required.
• Previous internship, co‑op, laboratory, design‑team, manufacturing, or hands‑on project experience is preferred but not required.
• Must meet the eligibility requirements of the participating college or university co‑op program, when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of products, systems, manufacturing processes, and tooling.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret engineering, test, and process data to support product validation, problem solving, and decision making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sourcing, to support project execution and deliverables.
• Prepare technical documentation, present project results, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the co‑op assignment.
