Job summary

IBA Worldwide in Knoxville, TN, seeks a hands-on Engineer to install, operate and maintain our Proton Therapy System (PTS). You will troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, support testing, and contribute to system upgrades for global clinical operations.

You will collaborate with engineering and R&D, mentor field engineers, and train customers on safe operation while representing the company at the customer site. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience troubleshooting electronics/electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to operate large proton therapy systems autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and maintain the Proton Therapy System (PTS).
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, software, and integrated system issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and participate in testing.
• Mentor team members and train customers on safe operation.
