Job summary

IBA Proton Therapy is seeking a hands-on Engineer to install, operate and maintain our Proton Therapy System (PTS). You’ll troubleshoot issues, perform routine and corrective maintenance, support hardware/software testing, and contribute to system upgrades and inspections.

Your work will directly support clinical operations and global system performance. You’ll collaborate with clinical staff and R&D to improve equipment reliability and serviceability, mentoring teammates while maintaining

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field.
Hands-on experience with electronics/electrical systems troubleshooting and mechanical systems.
Ability to work autonomously on defined tasks and communicate effectively with clinical staff.

Responsibilities

Install, operate and maintain the Proton Therapy System (PTS).
Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, software, and integrated system issues.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and participate in testing and upgrades.
Mentor new team members and train customers on system operation.
Represent the company as the primary technical contact at the customer site.
