Job summary

IBA offers a challenging role for a hands-on Engineer to install, operate, and maintain the Proton Therapy System (PTS). You will troubleshoot, perform maintenance, support hardware/software testing, and contribute to upgrades, directly supporting clinical operations globally.

The role requires collaboration with Engineering/R&D, mentoring field engineers, and training customers, with the expectation to pass the Oral Board exams within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience in electronics/electrical troubleshooting and mechanical system design/repair.
• Experience operating and maintaining large medical/industrial systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate and maintain the Proton Therapy System (PTS).
• Troubleshoot issues, perform routine and corrective maintenance, and support testing and inspections.
• Contribute to system upgrades and validations, and support clinical operations.
