Qualifications

• BS Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline with 0-3 years of work experience.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, LCMS, UV-VIS is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, good organization skills, multitasking ability, and ability to work in a team or independently.
• Complete record-keeping and meticulous laboratory documentation (electronic notebook) are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analytical samples.
• Analyze synthetic RNA using HPLC and MS to confirm identity and purity.
• Formulate and quality analyze test articles (siRNA) by LCMS, UV spectroscopy and osmometry.
• Perform Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET).
• Collaborate with team and cross-functional groups to meet timelines.
• Organize, analyze and interpret data for presentations to teams and larger audiences.
