Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in RNA/DNA/protein analysis techniques such as RNA isolation, ELISA, western blot, RT-qPCR.
• Cell/tissue culture experience required or preferred.
• Basic rodent in vivo skills are a plus, with experience setting up disease models a plus.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to study design and execution for RNAi programs in rodent disease models.
• Develop and conduct assays (qPCR, ELISA, western blot) to support in vivo and in vitro studies.
• Perform in vitro and cell-based assays to characterize drug activity or mechanism of action.
• Carry out in vivo procedures in rodents, including administration of therapeutics.
• Analyze and interpret data and prepare clear reports and presentations.
• Develop protocols and methodologies and present data to internal groups.
