Liberty Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Protective Services Caseworker for the Pennsylvania Adult Protective Services Program. This full-time, field-based role focuses on protecting adults with disabilities from abuse, neglect, exploitation, and abandonment.

You will travel in Greene, Fayette and Washington Counties, conduct investigations in residences, interview individuals, document findings, and develop service plans to closure.

Responsibilities

• Traveling throughout the region with a focus on Greene, Fayette and Washington Counties
• Conducting investigations in residences
• Interviewing individuals and gathering information
• Identifying, mitigating, and eliminating areas of risk to the individual
• Documenting findings and writing reports
• Developing service plans, coordinating services, and managing cases to closure
