Job summary

Liberty Healthcare Corporation seeks a Protective Services Caseworker to support the Pennsylvania Adult Protective Services program. You will investigate, interview, document findings, and develop service plans to protect adults with disabilities.

The role involves travel throughout Greene, Fayette, and Washington Counties, with a high degree of autonomy and flexible scheduling. As a new hire, you receive formal adult protective services training and gain valuable resume-building experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if you have experience in one of these areas.
• Must be able to navigate emotionally challenging situations with compassion and resilience.
• Must have your own insured vehicle for travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the region with a focus on Greene, Fayette and Washington Counties.
• Conduct investigations in residences.
• Interview individuals and gather information.
• Identify, mitigate, and eliminate areas of risk to the individual.
• Document findings and write reports.
• Develop service plans, coordinate services, and manage cases to closure.
