Job summary

Liberty Healthcare Corporation is seeking a Protective Services Caseworker to support the Pennsylvania Adult Protective Services Program. This full-time field-based role involves traveling across Montgomery, Bucks, and surrounding counties to investigate residences, interview individuals, and develop comprehensive service plans.

You will document findings, coordinate services, and manage cases to closure while working with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if you have experience in one of the listed areas.
• Must be able to navigate emotionally challenging situations with compassion and resilience.
• You must have your own insured vehicle because travel throughout the region is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout Montgomery County, Bucks County, and surrounding counties.
• Conduct investigations in residences.
• Interview individuals and gather information.
• Identify, mitigate, and eliminate areas of risk to the individual.
• Document findings and write reports.
• Develop service plans, coordinate services, and manage cases to closure.
