Liberty Healthcare Corporation in Pennsylvania seeks a Protective Services Caseworker to support the Adult Protective Services program. You will conduct investigations, interview individuals, and coordinate services to protect adults living with disabilities.

This field-based role requires travel across Greene, Fayette and Washington Counties, offers autonomy, and includes health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, plus 30 days of paid time off annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice or a human service field is preferred but not required if you have experience in one of these areas.
• Experience in service coordination or case management is valuable.
• Ability to navigate emotionally challenging situations with compassion and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout Greene, Fayette and Washington Counties.
• Conduct investigations in residences.
• Interview individuals and gather information.
• Identify, mitigate, and eliminate areas of risk to the individual.
• Document findings and write reports.
• Develop service plans, coordinate services, and manage cases to closure.
