This full-time role involves fieldwork, investigations, and coordinating services to case closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice or a human service field preferred but not required if you have related experience.
• Ability to navigate emotionally challenging situations with compassion and resilience.
• Experience in protective services or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel across multiple counties (Clearfield, Indiana, Jefferson and surrounding counties).
• Conduct investigations in residences.
• Interview individuals and gather information.
• Identify and mitigate risks to the individual.
• Document findings and write reports; develop service plans and coordinate services to closure.
