Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Protective Coatings Sales Representative to grow sales across the New England market, including New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. You will service existing accounts, identify growth opportunities, and drive product recommendations tailored to application, performance, and color.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of selling experience, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and willingness to travel daily.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of selling experience in protective coatings or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Willingness to travel daily within the territory and possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience with CRM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service existing customer accounts and identify growth opportunities within the territory.
• Recommend products (application, performance, training, and color).
• Develop account plans and sales strategies for growth.
• Utilize CRM to manage accounts and generate reports.
• Analyze territory performance and develop business plans.
• Resolve customer problems, complaints, and warranty issues promptly.
