Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paint Company is seeking a Dealer Sales Representative to service existing accounts in Indiana and identify growth opportunities within the sales territory. You will build relationships with retail store personnel and key decision makers to support their business growth with Pittsburgh Paints.

Responsibilities include presenting product recommendations, using CRM tools, developing account plans, analyzing territory performance, and delivering dealer education seminars.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiating and presentation skills.
• Coatings or building industry knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate product recommendations (application, performance, training, and color).
• Service existing customer accounts and find opportunities for growth within the territory.
• Develop account planning strategies and growth opportunities within segments served.
• Use CRM to manage accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports.
• Analyze territory performance and develop sales territory business plans.
• Handle customer problems, complaints and warranty issues promptly.
• Prioritize dealer/end-user education and product information seminars.
