Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paint Company is seeking a Protective Coatings Sales Representative to grow protective products across the New England market, covering New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. You will report to the Sales Director - Protective and join a fast-paced, growth-focused team.

Key duties include servicing existing accounts, identifying opportunities, recommending application and color solutions, developing account plans, and using ClientLink CRM to manage contacts and reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated selling experience.
• High school diploma is required; bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1+ year of experience with protective coatings.
• CRM software experience preferred while previous coatings experience is sought after.

Responsibilities

• Service existing customer accounts and identify growth opportunities within the territory.
• Facilitate product recommendations (application, performance, training, and color).
• Develop account planning strategies and identify accounts with growth potential.
• Utilize ClientLink CRM tool to manage accounts, maintain logs and contact information.
• Analyze territory performance and develop sales territory business plans.
• Address customer problems, complaints and warranty issues promptly.
