Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Technical Sales & Application Manager for Protection & Controls. You will bridge application engineering, technical sales, and market development to drive revenue growth for power system protection and control solutions.

Responsibilities include leading technical sales efforts, managing territory execution, and serving as the primary advisor on system design and protection schemes. Travel 50%–70% to customer sites, with a focus on utilities and EPCs.

Qualifications

• Requires BSEE or equivalent; MBA/MSCE preferred for leadership roles.
• 3–10 years in power systems with emphasis on protection & control; sales or applications experience.
• Strong communication and customer-facing capabilities; ability to translate needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales for protection, control and power quality across the territory.
• Own territory planning, forecasting and CRM to drive revenue and pipeline.
• Provide technical advisory on system design, product selection and integration.
• Develop and execute market development and growth initiatives with utilities and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing, proposals and solutions.
