Job summary

You will bridge application engineering, technical sales, and market development, supporting Electric Utility customers with protection, control, and power quality solutions.

Travel up to 50–70% and lead strategic sales initiatives across territories, with a focus on grid modernization and standards.

Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent engineering degree required; MBA/MSEE preferred.
• 3–10 years in power systems with protection/control applications and technical sales or applications engineering.
• Experience with Electric Utility Power Systems and related equipment.
• Strong knowledge of IEEE/IEC standards and protection/automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales for protection, control, and power quality solutions in assigned territory.
• Own territory execution: planning, forecasting, and opportunity tracking in CRM.
• Serve as primary technical advisor on system design, protection schemes, and grid modernization.
• Develop market growth through utilities, EPCs, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into product enhancements.
