Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years nonprofit fundraising experience with focus on prospect management and research.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and vision for the Prospect Development team.
• Oversee governance of prospect research and management activities and policies.
• Manage budget, tools, and vendor relationships for prospect development.
• Lead talent development and ensure performance expectations across the team.
